A market leader in AI Hardware wanted to improve its ability to get marketing programs into market quickly and reach new audiences in an efficient manner. The approach would ensure a quick planning process to ensure messages would get into market quickly and efficiently while real-time data was fed back into the programs. The goal was to increase customer acquisition through quick to market programs, refined targeting, expanded publisher placements, and robust data quality.


The approach was centered around the implementation of Avani's Campaign in a Box solution for quick deployment while still leveraging publisher optimization and ensuring lead quality. First, the strategy involved reviewing the historical publisher mix to understand historical success and ROI.  Second, new publishers were brought into plans to test lead and placement quality.  Third, Avani partnered with the client to build a continuous feedback model from sales and campaign teams to optimize budgets and messages in real time.
